Libra Within is a place that focuses on finding balance within yourself. By using different forms of meditation, you’re able to discover/rediscover what makes you happy and helps you find peace in your life. Meditation looks different to everyone. Sitting in silence for a long period of time doesn’t speak to everyone. Sometimes guided meditation, sound healing, yoga, dancing, cooking, etc. is the form of meditation you need to find joy in life. At Libra Within, we specialize in Guided Meditation, a mindfulness technique that uses imagination and the senses to help a person connect with a goal, action, place, or feeling. Guided Meditation isn’t an escape, it’s a tool that guides you into a healthier life.

Guided Meditation

Meditation is a set of mental techniques that help train your attention and awareness. Sometimes in a world of, “always on the go”, that’s a hard thing to do. Guided Meditation is a form of meditation that helps you reach that self-awareness without creating guilt over not being able to reach your goal of relaxation or self-reflection. Using guided imagery or visualization your mind can go to a place of peace and answers.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery. If you struggle to sleep, under a lot of stress, and find it hard to concentrate, this is the form of meditation you should give a try.

Holistic Life Coaching

This form of life coaching is a personal development support system that focuses on connecting all areas of your life to find balance. Rather than focusing only on career coaching or health coaching, holistic life coaching helps you make lifestyle changes that support your overall wellbeing as a person. Guided Meditation and Sound Healing will be used to help you connect with yourself/goal. What this looks like will vary from practice to practice.

Holistic Remedies

We are an informational place to learn holistic remedies through natural medicine like herbal teas and mushrooms to help live a healthier life. Herbal teas and mushrooms have been used in natural medicine for millennia. They have been proven to help with hormonal imbalances, protect brain health, boost the immune system, and much more.

Gental Yoga

I’ve heard time and time again, “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga”. I always say the same thing, “Yoga helps you be flexible”. Gentle Yoga is a great way to start learning poses and breathing techniques without feeling like you can’t do something. This form of yoga is just stretching, gently stretching and focusing on your breath so you are able to notice how your body feels.

Kids Yoga

Children have a lot of emotions and for most kids it’s hard to express what they are feeling. Tantrums, confusion, and frustration is very common for children 0-9. Teaching kids’ mindfulness and breathing/calming tools through yoga/meditation will help them regulate their emotions and nervous system therefore preparing them for success in the future.
